GemProperties.dbc has GemType, it is about colors, but it doesn't seem to change anything

I've changed GemType of all gems to 14 (prismatic), updated game and server with this DBC, but when I learn for example Bold Dragon's Eye, it shows under Red category, not Prismatic

Example, my gem has GemProperties ID 1001, and the GemType of 1001 is 14 (prismatic), yet it doesn't reflect in the game
