Basic crash course in how MPQs work:
WoW grabs all the mpq files in the `Data` folder and loads them one by one.
The patch-X.mpq files get loaded last, in number order then letter order.
So patch-Z would take priority over Patch-3, and Patch-3 would take priority over Patch-1
