You can either modify the client yourself, use a created tool, or find a cracked version.
If you give me a bit, I can find the link to the one I used

Basically every private server that has any ui changes does it
Turtle WoW and Ascension are the two I can think of.
To do it, it's just a hex edit at the correct locations of the WoW.exe
