Professions are easy, but more than likely require either a custom module or a LUA script to handle properly. Reputation frankly would be easier to handle the same way.

Actually, I might have misunderstood the request. For some reason I thought you wanted a way of setting a players professions to their max values, which would require coding, while just profession trainers are easily done via the database.

Yeah, like I want people to be able to just go to and NPC as they spawn a new char, get lvl 70, pick up the gear from vendors, get reputation for enchants

It's all easy to do, just slightly time consuming to get every NPC set up. It saves a lot of time though when characters are created.
