I am playing BM hunter with SoloCraft module.
But my pet doesn't keep aggro at all in dungeons.
Is it possible to increase his threat somehow?

Hi, I just joined. I'm looking for a summary on the main differences between azerothcore and trinitycore. Do you know any great place to start reading? I do prefer videos but I haven't found any that give me a clear comparison yet.

i guess it depends on what answer do u want....ac is based on sunwell and that was based on trinity so its comming from same codebase but was developed by different ppl so that means code will be different and technically if u care about code u could create empty git project with 1 branch of ac and 1 branch of trinity and make diff of those branches and u would see probably thousands of differences which may tell u nothing....if u are interested in more practical point of view then i dont know any resource to that and since this is quite niche things i mean whole wow private server thing there are pretty much no resources which would be "complete" on anything u can find partial answers or straight up nothing

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm looking into running a server at home and scratch my head over trinity and azeroth. Module based or not? It seems both projects work great and have active developers. One big plus here is the discord server but I'm used to forums just as much.

if u want to just run private server from home it probably doesnt matter....all cores are aiming for same target "create accurate copy of expansion" different cores can have different bugs and/or unfinished parts....real differences are then in very small details for example gm commands are not same or if u go out of boundaries lets say u want more than lvl 80 things may be broken in different places etc

also from original wotlk there is not much resources left so even if u see something different between cores most of the time u cant even confirm which version is more like official version from 2008

Alright. Thankfully to me it's only a matter of playability and how easy it is to manage and mod. I'll have to look into how the modular system of azeroth works I suppose. However, on the main page of the wiki there was a broken "Read more"-link about that I think. (At least when displayed on my mobile phone). I'll probably find my way. Thanks again for the replies.

One of the big draws to AC to me was the modules, especially the autobalance module, but most other things there's not a whole lot of noticeable difference between the two in terms of gameplay, at least in my experience

Hey!
Not sure if this is the right channel for this, but I am looking for some kind of mall/vendor/trainer to set up a "PTR" for our guild so that we easily can pick up gear for dungeon testing, raid testing etc. Have been googling around a bit, found StygianCore who had converted a mall from TrinityCore but couldn't really figure out how to get it into the server (might be outdated?)

why not make it urself ? just spawn class trainers and u can add items with gm command or just create vendor urself it would take u max few hours
