Depends. You can have it in data or not.
But the way you have it in the worldserver, yes.
Although you have to change the `../data`, for `./data`.

It doesn't matter how you solve it, but the place of the directory needs to match the worldserver.conf file, like Steve said.

The `.` refers to the current directory. In other words, you would be saying, "inside `/bin` look for a folder called data.
But if you put `../data`, you are telling it to upload a directory, that is, to look outside `/bin`.
