What exactly are you asking? Progressive XP scaling would mean changing the rates based on a players level, but you also mentioned 125% which would be a static number, no?

It's very easy to do. I don't know what modules are available to do this but I know that there at least were before. There's a simple hook to use within a module to change the amount of experience earned based on the players level.

This shows how easy it is to do. That module hasn't been updated in 3 years but shows how easy it is to do and can be used to make a new module for that specific function. It would be easy enough to find another module that does it if one exists.
