Use something like Visual Studio and start checking call hierarchy etc

It seems the AddonHandler is rewritten inside server/WorldSession.cpp, I added my logging in it and it now logs the add-on names when a player log into his account in the client

No matter how you do it, it would be easy to rename an addon to AIO_Client and use it. It would only be one addon though, unless you merge several of them into one I guess.
