you can ban them one by one adding entries to a database table, but all it takes is a rename to bypass it. I'm afraid there's no way to achieve this

You could probably repurpose the survey packet, it contains a list of addons loaded. You could parse that list, add whatever addons aren't already banned to the banned addons table, then force a UI reload in the client ‍♂️
