So if you delete all the entries in the table, it should still work, since it's pulling values from the dbc?

They might have been added as a way of fixing some kind of issue rather than editing DBCs.

I believe that the DBC cannot be loaded due to some disconnect between the code and the DBC, which caused the values to be handjammed.
However, the values were entered incorrectly and no longer match up with the DBC.

I can likely create a PR that resolves these issues and would no longer require the values to be in an sql file and could be loaded from the DBC.
