If i was about to open an server that would be mostly blizzlike with some custom additions.... what would be suggested as more reliable and functional to go with azerothcore or trinitycore?

I've done that research and AC always come out ahead. The real tipping point is the fact that AC is modular meaning you can customize it a lot without having to ever touch the source code of the core. AC is based off of TC so they are both valid options but I would choose AC for the modularity if nothing else. I haven't tried TC in a long time but I know AC is very stable and has few issues, I can't imagine TC being any different however. My recommendation is always AC.

I can't speak for the bugs that may or may not exist with TC or how the content differ between these two emulators. From my research, the stability and performance is said to be better with AC.
