Yehonal is never around. Or extremely rarely. Shin discussed it with us and we came to the conclusion that going gplv2 is probably the best course of action. Therefore my PR.

your own modules in agpl don't even need to go, they _are_ compatible with tc

you have a lot of old files in the core that are agpl and those should be just fine as far as trinity is concerned
