Configure twice is what I always have to do before pressing Generate on Windows. First one turns it red, showing changed values and second one basically confirms it and the text turns white.

Adding a module after the fact and pressing Configure will show that modules option as red - forcing me to press Configure again.

yea but you can't generate if it errors, but the build error is 99% likely do be due to Visual Studio being outdated
