Anyone know what needs done to get hunters more like Cata+ ? Like to remove the need for arrows/bullets and make the range 0 on all skills. Would that simply be achieved with the spell editor ?

That's cause the pull request wasn't merged. It got closed because (at a glance at least) it was abandoned by the author, wasn't finished, and had merge conflicts
