Well, AC has the `build_info` table - for what reason I have absolutely no idea - so I'm sure if one really wanted to it wouldn't be impossible to support both.

I can only imagine, since again it's Shadowlands, a lot - if not most - of the clients code is different and I'm guessing stuff like packets too which would make it.. interesting. I haven't looked at the code for the classic clients, though.
