got to be a bit more specific than that. The client has a lot of sound files which are called by the core. But my guess is that you are after SoundEntries.dbc

How do I do a fresh compile? I deleted the folder I used to clone too, deleted the build folder and deleted the folder the compiled version went into ... and yet, when I clone again, use cmake and then compile- it is still the same DB characters and all as the test one I did prior. Not sure what I am missing.

But what you are aiming for is a clear database, so you need to empty your database
