Well the goal would be let them play a level 1 DK (even if janky, that is okay. if totally unviable, I'll tell them forget about it)

Oh I misread the question, there's a marker on the character that the quests will get rid of that says the player can't do things I think but past that point, you're good to just do .levelup -100 or whatever

It might only be a few quests you'd need to mark completed, looking around in the skip dk area module might tell you which ones they would be
