Yeah, looking at Lord Marrowgar (10 normal), the reference looks like this so increasing the min/max items should suffice. That, of course, means going over each loot table you want changed.

Just make sure to look at the `lootid` column for the creature, if there is one you have to look at that one and not the creature entry.
