Ill backport the blackmarket panda lady tho for sure. Not everyones gonna want that so it wont be packaged with it.

This is kind of extra, but I think an NPC (like the panda lady) that awards you an item like a walkie talkie after your first big purchase would be cool to allow for remote buying.
