Thats one of my few hex editings.
In hex editing you dont edit really with MPQ files, you edit with your Itemcache.
In every WoW folder, theres a Itemcache (WoW>Cache>WDB>(Now EnGB or deDE)
Theres your Itemcache.
If you make Hex editing you should make a backup from your "Itemcache.wdb" and save it in a other folder.
So i edited Vanirs Fist Weapons to Arlokks Fist weapons (That old ZG Weapons :')

Simple put that itemcache.wdb you downloaded in your WoW>Cache>WDB>(Now EnGB or deDE) but
!!Make a backup from your Itemcache.wdb and save it in another folder!!
because if u dont want that edit, you delete that itemcache.wdb you downloaded and put your old itemcache.wdb in your Folder.
