Eluna doesn't operate without your core, if your core crashes from whichever reason, be it Eluna or anything else in the runtime, it will (virtually always) generate a crash report

Doesn't look like it. But it's pretty inefficient and it's kinda bad practice to run both an instant despawn on logout and hooking onto the despawn of the creature to remove it from the table. Just wipe the player's table directly on logout

And your CD handling should be data set directly on the player as opposed to multiple cache tables that need manual handling
