creature:SetFlag(UNIT_FIELD_FLAGS, 0x00000080)
Use something like this but swap out the 0x00000080 for whatever is the correct flag for targetability. The current one is attackability I think

P.s., I think Lady Alistra is smart scripted to say random stuff every now and then so in this current setup, the ground may be talking to the players
