If i place my ItemID as an argument `name = Item:GetName(31100)` will it return me that's item name?

no, GetName() is a method on an item object

`Global:GetItemTemplate(31100):GetName()` probably is the way to get the name out of an entry (there is no documentation for GetItemTemplate() so I am guessing)
