Running a query on every reputation chage seems needlessly costly. I see the intention to work around the bug, but i would rather investigate and fix it.
Did you try changing all characters on that account upon Logout and Creation via SQL?

In your script, reputation update is being calculated and applied in a cumulative manner to all characters, rather than updating based on the highest reputation of a single character., or applying the change only once.

I actually did not think to try it on Logout instead of Login. I removed on reputation change, changed login to logout and it works flawlessly. Thanks for that!
