So again a massive thank you, thank you, thank you to this community. That is what it was. For some reason it was not recognizing the relative path and wanted it fully laid out. But scripts loaded, hello world fired, and I can get back to my module I'm working on with the power of LUA!! THANK YOU!

the relative path is relative to your execution environment, so if you execute the binary from outside of its directory, then the relative path will be completely wrong
