for me is
```/loriuz/azerothcore/bin ```
and i dont see the lua_scripts directory.

locate your worldserver binary and create a `lua_scripts` folder next to it

`Eluna.ScriptPath = "lua_scripts"`
This line in `mod_LuaEngine.conf` determines where your scripts need to go. That is relative to the worldserver binary.

This one does just hold some bash scripts

There's a different `bin` folder in the directory i mentioned, unless you've changed defaults.
