`ConditionTypeOrReference` can not be 0. It does nothing. Please read the documentation.

A crashlog is a file, typically a couple hundred kilo bytes.
Are you on windows or Linux?

I've asked for the OS because you need to use GDB on linux, while on windows those logs are just being created in RelWithDebInfo.
