Depends on your scripts, player distribution in the world, etc. You'll have to profile your performance properly to pinpoint what the issue is. There are more things that'll impact performance before Eluna does

Yeah there's no way to say beforehand how big the impact is. Especcially without exact details about the behaviour and the scripts.
Do you hook into every spell and OnDamage? Or just some timed messages every hour?
