Anything is possible, but I'm not aware of one. mod-autobalance is the go-to solution for scaling, mod-zone-difficulty for tuning.

Both are C++ scripted modules, yes.

I'm currently writing a scaling system in Lua, so it's possible It's just that the way I approach the problem is different in my case (I use custom scripts and an arsenal of spells)

I'll share the system when it's 100% functional, for now it's in alpha phase on my server

But here's the code, to give you something to read
raid_icecrown_citadel.lua

mod_dungeon_assistance.lua

I use AIO to display spells to help the player avoid certain situations.
For example, the spikes on the first ICC boss, if you're a mage and you use mirror images, a spell appears with this script https://github.com/iThorgrim/lua-spell-bonus-action, you target the spike and it breaks the spike.

The aim is to let the player perform the action, not automate it.

The fact of doing it in Lua in my case allows me to give the choice to the player in the first case and not to modify the AzerothCore code so I can follow the updates
