I may be having a smoothbrained moment but I'm not sure what your proposal fixes... all dungeons of the same map all share the same map id, right? Would have to further break it out on whatever separates my dungeon instance from yours etc, I imagine

The ID of the incursion is unique to that incursion in the seperate table called custom_incursions. I can provide the SQL if you need it
