Yeah looks like I'm still experiencing the same thing even with the newest build regarding scripts and grids. The workaround I have right now is just to attach mobs to a world event and activate it.

Happens to all my custom creature scripts, even if i format them differently

Even tried isolating scripts and same issue so nothing interfering with eachother.

I can not reproduce that issue. I've added debug prints to the code and they keep happening, depite logging off and on multiple times.

In instances seems to work fine but out in the open world not so much without an event
