If you want written eluna logs from the start, you can add this to your `worldserver.conf` as a workaround:
```
Appender.ElunaLog=2,5,11,eluna.log,w
Appender.ElunaConsole=1,4,9,"0 9 0 3 5 0"
Logger.eluna=6,ElunaLog ElunaConsole
```

spent hours messing with settings and then realized all the listings were going under 7 regardless (neutral)
