Exact same behaviour. Even after a relog, the hearthstone doesn't show the grey shade for being on cd.

Yes, if that's possible please do
I think it's mandatory to show the user what's happening really. I tried to replace hearthstone with howl of terror as another test without an item. Same behaviour, so it's not related to the spell being cast from an item.
