`local Config_maxGMRank = 3 -- Checks the player's assigned GM rank. Anything above the assigned default will not receive mail/be counted for the player counter. Default 0 - Players Only. Max 3 - All GMS/Mods/Etc will receive as well.`

Strangely, I raised the character level from the GM account to the game account where there is no gm record, and nothing happened, no reward came to the mail

The relevant level is the level where you start from. So if you want to test the reward for level 10, make sure the character is level 9 and then level it up to 10.
