The more time-consuming part is the registry (collection_template) table filling, with all the spells you allow to be shared account-wide, and with basic restrictions (race/class, so it avoids having horde mounts on alliance toons, or class mounts on wrong class if you ever wanna share the paladin, dk and warlock class mount which is nonsense)

You can easily look the spell up using the SpellStore and quickly determine if it's a spell, the required race, faction, class etc
