Correct me if wrong.
If a module has the commands in the cpp part of it, and without having the commands on the database is always defaults to those right?
If those commands exist in the database, those overwrite the module ones in terms of permission?
.module potato | lvl 2 gm
If database i had module potato | 0
everyone oculd use it? or you've to adapt the module to support that?
