From the text you shared i will assume you were just missing the model information on creature_template_model ?

It looks like maybe they came across 2 similar modules and used one to help correct the other
I came across this issue with the mod-reagent-bank-account module
It compiles fine but the SQL updates use old values
Resolved it by merging the relevant components of the mod-reagent-bank modules SQL with the relevant sections of the mod-reagent-bank-account modules SQL
