I dont know how it works, if you need to disable the options too for it to work or if it should work with just the base menu

I for some reason assumed it was meant to disable options, but it would be `CONDITION_SOURCE_TYPE_GOSSIP_MENU_OPTION` for that so I guess I made bad assumptions is all.
