It's probably that value but it needs to be converted using whatever formula is needed to do so

I thought it was epoch at first too but seeing as that would be 38 years ago I don't think so anymore

The fishing part of it starts at 2 PM and if turn-in starts an hour before that's 1 PM. That's all that's needed to fix it.

There's three date datatypes: epoch, raw date, and packed Wowtime. Your TC doc image there, Ryan, is that Wowtime format
