hey guys total noob, what's the easiest method to remove a column from an sql query? it's 22000 lines and about 66 colums but i only need 4 of the columns to put into a new query for a diff table?

probably by creating a temporary table with the columns and data you need

yeah i ended up creating a table copy with no data, rerun the sql query, omitted and renamed the colums copied that and rerun the query after changing the table name, did it all in heidisql
