Not a good idea to make DB changes while the server is running, at least with things there aren't `.reload` commands for

It’ll still be active in their quest log until they relog. I’m unsure wether it gets saved again on save or not

Alright, thanks for the help! I'll have to do a restart later today anyway so it's fine. Was just curious if there was an "obivously you just do this" ^^

Um. quest_tracker is not actually related to quests the player has. It's just a way to log the quests done on the server.
