would someone happen to know how i could get the item_template and creature_template tables to update live for 3.3.5?
like if i added an item, it showed up when .lookup for it without a restart?

Except when I use grep to search the entire data folder for the phrase I mentioned it comes up with nothing. It's complaining about SQL so it's not DBC.

No, not adding new items. Updating existing ones, afaik you can. Will need you to delete client cache in many situations though.
