Because health is stored in the `creature_classlevelstats` table or whatever it's called

If you want to change the health, yes. Unless you want to change all creatures of a specific class.

u could also set all classlevelstats to 1 changing modifier to absolute value but obviously that would break all existing creatures and their balance
