Because health is stored in the `creature_classlevelstats` table or whatever it's called

If you want to change the health, yes. Unless you want to change all creatures of a specific class.

u could also set all classlevelstats to 1 changing modifier to absolute value but obviously that would break all existing creatures and their balance

exp in creature_template determines what base HP to use. basehp% in creature_classlevelstats but replace % with the exp value. Then use that value * health_modifier = the health the creature will have
