There are FK in db but they are not implemented.
There are plenty of relationships in tables they are just not always in a normalized form.

We use MySQL.
Just use any MySQL compatible DB editor

yes, let me clarify. If i Understand it right there should be a pipe somewhere to the database and that pipe will have constraints for the what data gets sent

im not sure if u understand how this works....core dispatches queries into DB from all around of it and these queries are just written as raw sql in code
