Hey. I'm a bit confused about `FlagsExtra` in `item_template`. There's some discrepancies between the Kiera vs Acore docs.
* What the heck does "When item uses ExtendedCost in npc_vendor, gold is also required" mean?
* In the acore docs there's `Makes need roll for this item disabled` AND `NEED_ROLL_DISABLED`. Who's the real slim shady?
* Kiera uses 2^4 for `NEED_ROLL_DISABLED`, but Acore uses 2^9 (or 2^8). I repeat. WHO IS THE REAL SLIM SHADY???
* All the sudden Acore docs go from 2^0, 2^1, 2^2... then jump to 2^8. Is that correct?
* Then, there's all these other flags in the acore docs that aren't in Kiera. Are these not implemented? Or is Kiera missing some things? The largest value for `FlagsExtra` in the stock db is `134250560`, so obviously Kiera isn't giving me all the flag options. So what am I missing?
