i know most quests are alliance/horde based on whether the NPC you can talk to is friendly or not. is there another flag for restricting a quest only to one of the two main factions? or should i just use `Req.FactionId` for 439 (Alliance) and 67 (Horde)?

true! i wasn't sure if that was the "right" way to do it, in case someone modded in more races or something.
