Oh really ? So if for example i want to unlock the RDF button at the lvl 10 instead of 15 we have to modify the client and not the server ?

Yes. I believe it's the same when it comes to unlocking achievements at level 10.

It is the same thing like modify a talent ?
For example, i wanted to modify this https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=53270/beast-mastery
You master the art of Beast training, teaching you the ability to tame Exotic pets and increasing your total amount of Pet Skill Points by 4.
I wanted to modify the value "4", but neither in Visual Studio or HeidiSQL i found this talent and this value.
