The 3.1 patch notes say that Vicious Strikes (51745 / 51746, Unholy talents) no longer affects Death Strike. While the bonus crit damage is gone it still seems to benefit from the 3/6% increased critical strike chance. However, I looked at the retail wowhead version of the spell and likewise the talent doesn't buff crit damage but still boosts crit chance. If that's how it works on retail would it even be considered a bug or is it just an issue of a bad tooltip leaving out information?
