Nerfertum said owner_guid is 0 for items in guild vaults. Didnt double check it yet.

they are not attached to any inventory, so they don't have any owner, and they can be traded to someone else. not really sure

I thought that a field could be added to the item_instance table indicating the storage location of this item in order to exclude items that are not found anywhere
Values can be like Inventory, GuildBank, Auction, Mail
